Great quality flask

This flask is great. It doesn't leak, fits my running vest from pockets well, and appears good quality. I have 2 and used on many 30km+ trail runs.

500ml flask

Comfortably fit 9 serves in this flask for a long run. Worked well to keep me going, with little fiddling around as you would for smaller flasks or gels. And no sticky fingers!
