Vert is a Gel mix powder. We designed Vert to fuel your hard efforts without damaging the places you love. Vert is perfect for sustaining any endurance event or hard workout day, be that your long run, ultra, cycling tour or open water swim.

Because Vert is a powder and won't sit on a shelf for years it doesn't have to contain any preservatives, acidity regulators, or artificial sweeteners which may cause stomach upset. 

Each serve of Vert you use saves a single use plastic. The packaging is compostable and we use sucrose as the main carbohydrate with it's 66% lower carbon footprint than glucose.

A good guide is for athletes to consume 1 server (22g of carbs) per 30 minutes.  Our reusable pouches can contain 5 gel serves perfect for up to 2 hrs and 30minutes of activity. For events lasting longer than 90 mins athletes can try to increase their carbohydrate income to 90grams per hour.  Adequate fueling during your training will allow high performance to be sustained and improve your recovery. 

Remember not to try anything different on race day. Practice your fueling strategy every week. 

Directions:

Mix 1 serve with 20ml of water and you're good to go.
